The Platanus Tree Villa, is an entire Beach , exquisite, spacious and beautiful, house in Kato Vasiliki village . The area of the house is 100 sm , in two steps and landed in a 180 sm area land, all belongs to the house. It is decorated to a very high standard and yet is so much a home from home. And this is because it was built for the purpose of spending my family vacation, as we still do! The house has, at the first step a living/dining area looking out into the garden, and across to the stunning mountain of the village of Vasiliki. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with appliances such as washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee maker, oven and hob etc. Each of the two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms[ one is at the first step and the other at the second] ] has been individually designed and tastefully decorated. In front of the garden boasts a wonderful huge platanus tree . The main bedrooms on the first floor opens up into a balcony where you can relax each morning, enjoying your breakfast while overlooking the stunning views of the mountain and all this , under the huge platanus tree in front of the house. The house is welcoming and you're guaranteed to feel relaxed and in 'holiday mode' as soon as you walk through the door.
